Skeletons in the Closet – Open the Door
Skeletons stay in the closet because we allow them to. In order to get rid of them, we need to open the door, and the way we do that is through confession. Being in agreement with God about the truth of what is behind the door is important, but confessing it to others is equally important. Jesus himself asserted this. When we confess with trusted people what we instinctively want to hide, our lives may be more complicated temporarily, but our closet will become free immediately.
