Contrary to what many people say, marriages don’t work because two people are “focused on their marriage.” Marriages work when two people are focused on each other.
In a similar way, while questions are valid and important, most adults don’t become followers of Jesus by getting all their questions answered. In most instances, something happens that causes them to focus on the person of Jesus, as opposed to their questions about Jesus.
In the New Testament, the church is referred to as “the bride of Christ,” and in part 1 of this series, we’re going to unpack the reality that you don’t have to understand everything to say “yes” to someone and say “yes” to the dress.
