Playlist Part 4: Unanswered Prayer
Everybody does it. Believers, unbelievers, churchgoers, non-churchgoers. Some do it a lot, some rarely, but eventually we all have situations in life that cause us to do it. I am talking, of course, about prayer. Prayer is one of the most basic aspects of the Christian life, but does it really work or is it just a last ditch attempt on our part to assure ourselves we have done everything possible to get help? Have you ever prayed and heard…nothing? People tell me that happens to them all the time. How frustrating. It may surprise you to hear that that very thing has happened to me, more than once. Does that mean God doesn’t answer prayer or at best has selective hearing? Join us Sunday morning as we address this very frustrating aspect of the Christian life.
