What do you do when it hurts to hope?
The ups, downs, twists and turns of the rollercoaster of life are relentless, unpredictable, exhausting, and overwhelming – and as Solomon pointed out, the rollercoaster has the potential to make, not only our stomachs, but our hearts sick.
That many times we get to the place where it hurts too much to hope.
In part 2 of this series, we’re going to look at an encounter between Elisha and woman who was in that very place. The rollercoaster she had been on for years left her at the place where she believed in God, but gave up hope that he could or would do anything about her circumstance.
