I believe in the Church
“I’m going to Church.”
“The worship at that Church is amazing.”
Many us have said those kinds of things and the reason is because we believe that “church” is a building we enter or a service we attend. The tragedy in that misconception is it causes us to believe “church” is something we consume.
What we think informs what we do, and that thought leads us to be consumers instead of contributors.
If you’ve ever struggled with believing the church is more than a program, you’re not alone. Your Pastor struggles just like you and is often missing the power and potential of the church, and his role and responsibility to it.
As we close this series, Scott Landry is going to sit on the couch and share his heart.
You’ll be shocked to hear just how much you have in common.
