When you arrive please see one of the hosts to check in. They will ask you to sanitize your hands and will ask you to read and answer a series of COVID-19 Self-Assessment questions. Our hosts will then ask for your name or last 4 digits of your phone number to verify your registration.

After Checking-In/Seating:
If you have children registered for Bridge Kids, please visit the check-in desk in the kids wing to finish checking them in before proceeding to the auditorium. Please sit near the middle of the row whenever possible and ensure you leave a minimum of THREE EMPTY SEATS BETWEEN HOUSEHOLDS.

Once you are seated, please remain seated for the duration of the service, unless you need to use the washroom facilities. We ask that you also remain seated at the end of the service until further instructions are provided to ensure you exit safely.

What are the guidelines for Bridge Kids
  • Check in will begin 20 minutes before each service
  • Our team is asking that only one parent arrives for check in to minimize the number of people in the kids wing
  • You will be directed to go directly to your child’s classroom for check in
  • We may be doing temperature checks for each child at their classroom door
  • Please pick up your child immediately following each adult service.
  • No snacks will be served at this time, except for in the nursery (Snacks must be supplied by parents or guardians for each child at check-in at the nursery.)
  • All kids and volunteers with covid-19 symptoms will be asked to please stay home
I'm a volunteer, when shall I arrive and check in?

COVID-19 Pre-Screening:
If you or anyone in your household is unwell and exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19, if you’ve travelled outside of Canada, or think you have been exposed to COVID-19 in the last 14 days, then please stay at home and contact your team lead as soon as possible.

Volunteer Check-In Process
When you come in please see your team lead (Lisa in Bridge Kids and Chris in Guest Services/Worship Team)

  • Sanitize your hands and check in with your team lead
  • You will be asked to read and respond to COVID-19 screening questions and possibly be subject to a temperature check.
  • If you have kids, please bring them to the kids wing and check them in.
  • From there, you will be asked to go set up/meet with your huddle/tune your guitar, whatever your team lead needs you to do to be ready.
  • all volunteers need to be in position 20 minutes ahead of service time to begin welcoming guests and kids into the building.

While we expect all volunteers to arrive 45 minutes ahead of the service, it is imperative that Bridge Kids Volunteers are on-time as other volunteers will need to drop off their kids prior to joining their volunteer teams. The doors will open 20 minutes ahead of the service and the extra 25 minutes will allow ample time for check in and team huddles.

You are required to wear a face mask in order to enter the building. We can provide mask to you if you do not have one.
