We can't wait to welcome you back!

Frequently Asked Questions.

Will I have to wear a mask?

As of March 21, 2022 attendees are no longer required to wear a mask indoors. Mask wearing will be optional.

Will I need to do a COVID-19 self-assessment to attend?

If you have COVID-19 symptoms and you’re unsure if you should attend, we recommend that you use the Province of Ontario’s self assessment tool to help direct your decision:

Do I have to be vaccinated?

No. You do not need to be vaccinated to attend church.

Please note that all volunteers working with children and teens must be fully vaccinated.

Will I have to RSVP to attend?

Yes. Everyone who attends and volunteers at the Bridge will need to register every week. The RSVP link will be updated every Sunday to reserve a spot for the following week.

What time do the doors open and how do I check in?

The doors will open about 30 minutes ahead of the service time start. As of March 1, check in is no longer required for auditorium attendees.

Will the Bridge online continue?

Yes, the Bridge will continue to strive toward excellence in bringing you the Bridge Online on Sundays at 9:00am and 11:00am.

Will volunteers be wearing masks?

While masking regulations have been lifted as of March 21, 2022, our volunteers will continue to be masked for the early stages of this new phase. This is to ensure that all attendees feel comfortable approaching our volunteers.

What are the guidelines for Bridge Kids
  • Check in will begin 30 minutes before each service
  • Our team is asking that only one parent arrives for check in to minimize the number of people in the kids wing
  • You will be directed to go directly to your child’s classroom for check in
  • Please pick up your child immediately following each service.
  • All kids and volunteers with covid-19 symptoms will be asked to please stay home
I'm a volunteer, when shall I arrive?

While we expect all volunteers to arrive 30 minutes ahead of the service, it is imperative that Bridge Kids Volunteers are on-time as other volunteers will need to drop off their kids prior to joining their volunteer teams. The doors will open 20 minutes ahead of the service and the extra 25 minutes will allow ample time to settle in and have team huddles.

You are required to wear a face mask in order to enter the building. We can provide mask to you if you do not have one.

By attending The Bridge you agree to follow all the procedures established by the church to protect attendees, volunteers and staff.
