Skeletons in the Closet – Keeping the Closet Clean
When it comes to the skeletons in our closets, we spend so much defending why or how they got there instead of saying, “I don’t want to live with this anymore. I don’t want to carry this into another season of my life. If there’s a way to get rid of it, I’m ready, I don’t care who’s to blame.”
The only way to keep the closet clean is to get to the place where getting rid of the skeletons in the closet is more important than getting paid back for the hurt. The priority has to be cleaning out closet, and forgiveness is what does that.
